Employment Rules of Deceased / Disabled Teacher's / Employee's Ward :---
Even if there is 1 day remaining before the retirement of the service of the deceased / disable , the ward can apply . Here ward means Husband , Wife , Son and Daughter .
Application should be made within 2 years from the date of death / disable of the deceased employee .
Age of the ward should be between 18 to 45 years on the date of application .
Ward can apply for Group – C post if he /she passed School Final ( 10th standard ) or above , for Group – D if his /her educational qualification is 8th standatd , for teacher in Primary school he /she should be Tet qualified with 55% marks + H.S. (12th) pass with 50 % marks or Tet qualified with 55% marks + Graduate .
Application of the ward as per proforma given on the website of D.P.S.C. , Purba Bardhaman with full postal address with Pin No. and phone no .
Documents are required with the application :-
3sets papers ( mentioned below ) are submitted to the D.P.S.C. Purba Bardhaman with the application ( according to format )
- Application of deceased teacher’s / employee’s Husband , Wife , Mother , Father .
- Xerox copy of Birth Certificate , Appointment Letter , First joining letter and Death Certificate of deceased teacher /employee .
- Prayer of the deceased employee ’s ward .
- Xerox copy of Birth Certificate of ward .
- Xerox copies of Educational Qualification of ward .
- Legal Heir certificate of deceased teacher from R.M. Section of respective District Magistrate Office .
- Affidavit of 1st class Magistrate ( stamp paper Rs. 10 ) of all members of deceased teacher’s indicating the following matters :-
- Whether ward is married or single?
- How many dependent persons are left behind at the time of the deceased teacher s death ?
- Movable and immovable property should be mentioned and income from such property .
- Is the deceased teacher’s house is used as rental purpose ? If yes then mentioned the rent amount P.M.
- Personal Monthly income
- Declaration on NOC in respect of compassionate appointment of the applicant has to be submitted by the others family members except the applicant.
8. Self declaration of applicant mentioning that he /she will look after the rest dependent members of the deceased teacher , if he / she gets job .
9. No objection certificate of all members of family except the applicant .
10. Pan Card , Voter I.D. Card and Aadhar Card Xerox of all members of family .
11. Family income certificate of all members individually , including basic pension (mentioned P.P.O.) from respective B.D.O / S.D.O. / D.M.
12. If family have any land, Xerox copy of porcha and khajna receipt are to be submitted .
13. Xerox copy of Updated banking pass book of all members .
14. Xerox copies of S.C / S.T / O.B.C .
15. Xerox copy of P.P.O. of deceased teacher’s / employee’s nominee .
16. Xerox copy of P.F. ( Sanctioning letter )
17. Xerox copies of G.S.L.I. , Earned leave , L.I.C. policies , Movable and immovable properties and others (if any).
All Xerox copies are duly attested and applications must be countersigned and submitted through S.I.S. of respective circle.
